The SILVER Club Maintenance Plan is for HVAC systems less than 3 years old, costing $15 monthly or $180 yearly per system. It includes an initial check-up, troubleshooting, priority service, and customer support. A system includes one thermostat, one air conditioner, and one furnace or heat pump, with extra systems covered at $180 each. Benefits include no diagnostic fees (saving up to $79.99 each time), bi-annual inspections, light cleaning and tune-up, 10% off parts or refrigerant repairs, and a one-year warranty on parts and labor (excluding refrigerant). The first payment is due at the initial service.

Gold Maintenance Plan
The GOLD Club Maintenance Plan is tailored for HVAC systems aged 3 to 8 years, costing $20 per month per system or $240 annually. It includes an initial heating and cooling check, 24-hour priority servicing, and robust customer support. Coverage includes waived diagnostic fees (up to $79.99 savings per instance), priority service requests, and a transferable membership. Additional benefits are free diagnostics for one referred person, bi-annual 20-point inspections, light cleaning and tune-ups, a 15% discount on parts and refrigerant repairs, a one-year warranty on parts and labor (excluding refrigerant), a 10% discount on new system installations, a 15% discount on ductwork upgrades/repairs, and a $25 system enhancement coupon. The initial month's payment is due at the first service.

Platinum Maintenance Plan
The PLATINUM Maintenance Plan, designed for HVAC systems over 8 years old, costs $30 per month per system or $360 annually and includes all benefits of the GOLD plan. Additional perks include a $50 yearly credit toward a full system replacement (up to $500), a yearly capacitor replacement as needed, and an industry-leading two-year parts and labor warranty on parts and repairs (excluding refrigerant, indoor and outdoor coils, and compressor). Coverage applies to a system comprising one thermostat, one air conditioner, and one furnace or heat pump, with additional systems covered at the same rate. The initial month's payment is required at the first service.
